Physical therapy that comes to you. All I need is space for a massage table and for us to move.
This is an excellent option for everyone. Your time is important—this saves you travel time. Being in your environment allows for more collaboration and brainstorming around what will work in your life to help make the small changes that will lead to big rewards.

Working in orthopedic clinics, I experienced firsthand the limitations that insurance companies put on patients and their recoveries. Too often patients would slip through the crack of ‘better enough’ where insurance deemed PT as no longer medically necessary, but the patients still felt limited and not back to their previous activity level. With cash-based PT, we can define what success looks like. We can also emphasize prevention and regular check-ins once the patient feels ready. Isn’t this what healthcare should look like?
Upon request, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance. I do accept FSA/HSA funds.

Being cash-based, the focus is on you. My focus can be on quality, not quantity. All sessions are one-on-one in a comfortable environment for you. Your visit frequency and duration as set by us, not someone’s bottom line. By seeing the same therapist each visit, we can easily pick up where we left off and accelerate your timeline. Importantly, cash-based means no surprise bills, just transparency.

Short answer: No; I am not contracted with Medicare/Medicaid.
Long answer: As things currently stand, people with Medicare/Medicaid cannot seek cash-based services for skilled physical therapy. However, you may pay cash for performance coaching or wellness visits that are beyond the scope of formal PT.
Come see me after completing physical therapy with a Medicare/Medicaid partnered provider to level up what you are doing.

Every PT’s favorite answer: it depends.
It depends on your unique situation, your goals, and how your body responds. Due to the high quality of care that is afforded by one-on-one concierge care, you will likely need fewer sessions than a traditional clinic. We will also not be hindered by the waiting game that comes along with scheduling follow ups at higher volume clinics and with billing insurance.
The plan of care that we will create as a team after your initial evaluation will provide a clear recommendation for a number of visits, but we will frequently assess and reassess to determine if you will need fewer or more sessions than originally discussed. No surprises here, just teamwork.
